Gennilu Funny Dip
This delicious cheese dip features Dapper Goat Dairy chèvre cheese, basil pesto, sundries tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. It goes great with crackers and fresh cut veggies.
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 8 oz Dapper Goat Classic Chevre Cheese, Softened
- 4 oz prepared basil pesto, drained
- 4 oz drained & chopped sundried tomatoes
- ¼ c pine nuts, toasted
Use 8×8 or 9×9 Size Pan, or if doubled use 9×13
Line pan both ways with enough saran wrap to cover finished layered dip entirely.
Mix together Cream Cheese and Goat Cheese.
Toasted pine nuts on bottom
Layer of Sundried Tomatoes, layer of ½ Cream Cheese & Goat Cheese Mixture, Layer of pesto,
Then remaining Cream Cheese & Goat Cheese Mixture.
Fold over saran warp to cover entire dip, use similar dish to compress dip firmly.
Freeze 1-2 hours then slice into squares to freeze for future servings, or eat it all!
*Double it cuz it freezes well & is easy to thaw quickly for unexpected company!
